Matt has developed community programs that promote active living for adults 55+, with a focus on health and wellness education, and social interaction. He will discuss how to make connections, learn from past mistakes and how to work with your community to build beneficial partnerships. Eden will share information on provincial assistance available for launching programs here in Saskatchewan.
