COVID Positive Cases in Saskatoon

Oct. 26, 2020

October 26, 2020

Dear SSA Members,

Saskatchewan Soccer Association has been notified that two individuals involved with youth soccer in Saskatoon have tested positive for COVID 19.

As per the Government of Saskatchewan Guidelines for Sport, contact tracing protocols were in place, and with the full support of SSA, the Member Organization has stopped all play in the affected mini league for 14 days and is working with the Provincial Health Authorities to identify anyone who was in close contact with the individuals.

We hope the individuals feel well soon. SSA and its member organizations will continue to follow the government’s guidelines for sport and maintain participant health and safety as our top priority.
